Sabi Heat
Heat 26
The classic 26-posture sequence at 104°F, every morning at 6:30 AM.
When
Taught by

The classic sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, in a room at 104°F and 40 percent humidity. It is the same every time, which is the point.
Because the poses never change, you can see yourself improve week to week: a deeper backbend, a steadier balance, a calmer mind. The teacher guides with simple cues and keeps the pace honest.
It is a strong class, and a good morning ritual for people who like routine.
What to expect
Arrive early and lie down while the heat settles in.
Standing series, then floor series, each pose done twice.
A closing breath and a long rest, ending at 7:30 AM sharp.
Good for
Students with some experience who want a firm routine
What to bring
A large water bottle, a towel and light clothes. Eat lightly two hours before.
