Flow
Vinyasa flow
A steady flow that links each move to a breath. You'll sweat a little and leave loose.

Taught by

Vinyasa is the class most people picture when they say yoga: one movement per breath, linked into a steady flow.
We open with a few minutes of slow breathing, warm up with sun salutations, then work through standing poses, balances and a short floor sequence. Every pose has an easier and a stronger version, so you decide how hard the hour feels.
It is a good place to learn the shapes if you are new, and a good place to sweat a little if you are not. Cues are in plain English, so you never have to guess what comes next.
What to expect
The first ten minutes are breathing and a slow warm-up.
Then about 35 minutes of sun salutations, standing poses and balances, building a little each round.
The last 15 are hips, a gentle twist and a long rest.
Good for
First-timers and regulars who want a steady, friendly flow
What to bring
A water bottle. Mats are provided.
