Flow
Sunday slow flow
Seventy-five minutes, the longest class of the week, with a long savasana.
Taught by

Seventy-five minutes is the longest class of the week, and Sunday is the day to use it. The pace is slow, warm and unhurried.
We move through a gentle flow, spend time in long floor poses, and leave a generous stretch at the end for savasana. There is room to stay in a pose, or to skip one and rest.
Many people come every Sunday and call it the reset before the week starts.
What to expect
Fifteen minutes of breathing and easy movement.
Forty minutes of slow flow and long holds.
A full twenty minutes to wind down and lie still.
Good for
Everyone, especially anyone who wants a quiet end to the weekend
What to bring
A water bottle and a layer for the final rest.
