Flow
Slow flow for stiff mornings
Long holds, slow cues and a lot of hip openers for people who wake up tight.
Taught by

Some mornings the body wakes up before the mind does, and stiff hips and shoulders are the first to complain. This class is built for those mornings.
Poses are held longer than in a flow class, with slow cues and plenty of hip openers. Nothing is rushed, nothing is loud, and the room stays softly lit.
You leave looser than you arrived, with enough energy for the day and none of the jolt of a hard workout.
What to expect
Gentle breathing and joint warm-ups to start.
Long holds for hips, hamstrings and shoulders, with props if you want them.
A short rest to finish, then out the door before work.
Good for
Early risers, desk workers and anyone who wakes up tight
What to bring
Comfortable clothes. Blocks and straps are provided.
