Taught by

An hour lying down with singing bowls, gongs and low light. You do not need to do anything but listen.
The sounds move through the room in slow waves, and most people drift between waking and a light sleep. It runs on the first Sunday of the month, so it feels like an event.
Bring a friend, or come alone and leave a little lighter.
What to expect
Find a spot and get comfortable with blankets and bolsters.
About 50 minutes of live sound while you rest.
A quiet few minutes before we bring the lights up.
Good for
Everyone, no experience needed
What to bring
